Abstract

AbstrakKesuksesan dalam mewujudkan tujuan kantor sangat bergantung pada sumber daya manusia yang ada di dalam organisasi kantor tersebut. Untuk mewujudkan tujuan dari kantor, maka kantor harus memperhatikan faktor yang mempengaruhi Kinerja Pegawai Negeri Sipil diantaranya faktor Motivasi Kerja, Kompensasi, dan Kepuasan Kerja. Dengan tercapainya Kinerja Pegawai Negeri Sipil diharapkan Kantor Kecamatan Kebon Jeruk dapat mencapai tujuannya. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah dengan Metode Deskriptif, Korelasi Pearson dan Path Analysis berguna untuk mengetahui tanggapan karyawan  tentang Motivasi Kerja, Kompensasi terhadap Kepuasan Kerja serta Dampaknya pada Kinerja Pegawai Negeri Sipil Kantor Kecamatan Kebon Jeruk dimana populasi karyawan Kantor Kecamatan Kebon Jeruk sebanyak 60 responden. Diperoleh hasil perhitungan persamaan struktural 1 yaitu, Y = 0,579 X1 + 0,325 X2 + 0,644 ε1 dimana  R2 = 0,585, Persamaan stuktural sub-struktur 2 yaitu, Z = 0,191 X1 + 0,239 X2 + 0,618 Y + 0,402 ε2 dimana  R2 = 0,838 Kesimpulan dan Saran penelitian ini Motivasi Kerja (X1) dan Kompensasi (X2) secara bersama-sama memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja (Y) sebesar 58,8%. Motivasi Kerja (X1), Kompensasi (X2), dan Kepuasan Kerja (Y)  secara bersama-sama memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Negeri Sipil (Z) sebesar 83,8%.Kata kunci: motivasi kerja, kompensasi, kepuasan kerja

Abstract

AbstractNowadays the recent business competition and the development in the sector of business has encourage some of business actor retail industry in Indonesia. One of them retail business success in bookstore in Indonesia is Gramedia Bookstore. Gramedia focus its business on providing books and organized under PT. Gramedia Asri Media which governed by Kompas Gramedia. Kompas Gramedia is available bookstore in the name Gramedia Bookstore in the city in Indonesia and Malaysia. Gramedia Bookstore is retail business in sector book and stationery is successful in Indonesia. In Order to pursue people in buying to products, Gramedia has to improve its optimum services. The creating of service quality will automatically influence the customer to repurchase its product, or in other word service quality is the main factor need to provide by business sector retail industry to obtain customer satisfaction. This research is field research with a quantitative approach. The population in this research is the customer who ever buy product in Gramedia Bookstore. Method in collecting data is accidental sampling which contains 200 respondent. Then the data will be analyzed by SEM (structural equation model).Keyword: service quality, satisfaction, purchase intention.AbstrakKondisi persaingan yang kompetitif dan perkembangan sektor bisnis yang maju, turut dirasakan pada industri retail di Indonesia. Salah satu bisnis retail yang sangat sukses di bidang toko buku di Indonesia adalah Toko Buku Gramedia. Gramedia berfokus pada bisnis buku dan berada di bawah naungan PT. Gramedia Asri Media yang merupakan kelompok Kompas Gramedia. Kompas Gramedia menyediakan toko buku dengan nama toko buku Gramedia di beberapa kota di Indonesia dan Malaysia. TB. Gramedia sebagai bisnis retail di bidang buku dan alat tulis yang sukses di Indonesia. Hal ini mempengaruhi seseorang dalam membeli produk, sehingga Gramedia harus memberikan kualitas jasa yang optimal. Apabila kualitas pelayanan jasa tercipta, maka pelanggan akan melakukan pembelian ulang. Kualitas pelayanan menjadi faktor yang dibutuhkan dalam memberikan kepuasan yang dilakukan sektor industri retail gramedia sehingga konsumen memiliki niat membeli ulang.  Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan, dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen yang berbelanja di TB. Gramedia Yogyakarta. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah accidental sampling dengan jumlah 200 orang responden. Data yang terkumpul diolah menggunakan analisis SEM (structural equation model). Hasil temuan menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan dan kepuasan mempengaruhi niat beli ulang. Hal ini ditemukan dimensi responsive dominan mempengaruhi niat beli ulang di PT Gramedia.Kata kunci: kualitas pelayanan, kepuasan, niat pembelian ulang

Abstract

AbstractThe proliferation of mobile Hand phone number of the company's products perform various USAA to create a product that excels in marketing activities, companies need a strategy to influence the market by looking for business opportunities in the form of in the form of products and services. Given the scale of the needs of the community and realize the importance of Mobile, recently appeared a brand called Blackberry Mobile Phones. BlackBerry is a mobile device that has the ability to push e-mail, telephone, SMS, Browsing the Internet, and various other wireless capabilities. The use of this advanced gadget so phenomenal in recent years, until it becomes a necessity for fashion. Respondents' attitudes toward Mobile Blackberry is positive which means that the respondents liked the Blackberry Mobile products where the value is equal to 3,38 manner in which entry into the important category and consider Blackberry Mobile Promotion which includes promotional ads in various media and bundling with several mobile operators is the the most dominant influences consumers. Consumer behavior on Mobile Blackberry was 2.18, which means consumers still use Blackberry Mobile, Blackberry in making a purchase. Seller consumers follow the advice. Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this study to obtain empirical evidence about the detection of the capital structure of the research is a qualitative approach. The analysis tools are descriptive to explain deficit financing by following formula made by Fama and French (2005). The study population was the Telecommunications Industry. The research sample was PT. Telecommunications, Tbk. Object of study is the issuer's financial statements in the Indonesia Stock Exchange, PT Telkom Tbk. Observation period between 1993 to 2010. The unit of analysis is a PT. Telekomunikasai, Tbk.The content in an easy and practical periodical and time series.Design results showed growth in net assets during the period between 1993 to 2010 to increase the high trend. Leverage enterprise sxampai period between 1993 to 2008 showed an average Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) is greater than 1 (one), which means that capital structure under normal conditions and good. Meanwhile, the period between 2008 to 2009 showed that companies tend not to exist in a state of long-term debt, as well as the composition of the capital structure so filled with their own capital solvency of the company is very strong. In 2010, indicating a resurgence in the number and proportion of debt that is so small that a dominant proportion of equity in the capital structure. The results of the application detection Pecking Order Theory for PT Telecom, Tbk occurred in 1994, 1995, 1996, 1997, 1998, 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003, and 2008, 2009 and 2010. Meanwhile, in 2004, 2005, 2006 and 2007 there was no application of Pecking Order Theory.The findings showed that application of Pecking Order Theory does not always follow the growth of net assets. The implication, for the effectiveness of information Pecking Order Theory in order to enhance shareholder value, needs to study in depth by connecting to the company's profitability. Keywords: pecking order theory, leverage, DER  Abstrak Isu utama studi ini adalah mengkaji Pecking Order Theory pada struktur modal suatu perusahaan baik ditinjau secara periodik maupun runtut waktu (time Series). Ide tersebut muncul dari riset empirik yang memberi kesimpulan kajian Pecking Order Theory (POT) pada struktur modal hanya menghasilkan kesimpulan umum, serta tidak mampu memberi jawaban mengenai ada tidaknya penerapan Pecking Order Theory pada periode tertentu di perusahaan dalam suatu industri. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk memperoleh bukti empiris tentang pendeteksian kandungan struktur modal secara mudah dan praktis baik secara periodik maupun  runtut waktu. Desain penelitian ini merupakan pendekatan kualitatif. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah deskriptif untuk menjelaskan financing deficit dengan mengikuti rumus yang dibuat oleh Fama dan French (2005). Populasi penelitian adalah Industri Telekomunikasi. Sampel  penelitian adalah PT. Telekomunikasi, Tbk.  Objek penelitian adalah laporan keuangan emiten di Bursa Efek Indonesia yaitu PT Telkom Tbk. Periode pengamatan antara tahun 1993 sampai dengan tahun 2010. Unit analisis adalah perusahaan PT. Telekomunikasai, Tbk. Hasil penelitian menunjukan pertumbuhan net asset selama periode antara tahun 1993 sampai dengan 2010 mengalami kenaikan trend yang tinggi. Leverage perusahaan periode antara tahun 1993 sxampai dengan 2008 menunjukkan rata-rata Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) lebih besar dari 1 (satu), yang berarti struktur modal dalam kondisi normal dan baik. Sedangkan, periode antara tahun 2008 sampai dengan 2009 menunjukkan perusahaan dalam kondisi cenderung  tidak ada utang jangka panjang, serta komposisi struktur modal dipenuhi oleh  modal sendiri sehingga solvabilitas perusahaan sangat kuat. Tahun 2010, menunjukkan timbulnya kembali utang dalam jumlah dan proporsi yang sangat kecil sehingga proporsi modal sendiri sangat dominan dalam struktur modal. Hasil deteksi  penerapan Pecking Order Theory pada PT Telekomunikasi, Tbk terjadi pada tahun 1994, 1995, 1996, 1997, 1998, 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003, serta 2008, 2009 dan 2010. Sedangkan, pada tahun 2004, 2005, 2006 dan 2007  tidak terdapat penerapan Pecking Order Theory. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan Pecking Order Theory tidak selalu mengikuti pertumbuhan net asset perusahaan. Implikasinya, untuk efektivitas informasi Pecking Order Theory dalam rangka meningkatkan nilai  perusahaan, perlu kajian secara mendalam dengan  menghubungkan pada profitabilitas  perusahaan.Kata kunci: pecking order theory, leverage, DER

Abstract

AbstractThe objective of this study is to examine the influence of enviromental performance to firm value with financial performance as intervening variable. This study takes sample from 31 companies in the Indonesian Stock Exchange, which were published in financial report from 2010-2011. The method of analysis of this research used multi regression and path analysis. The results of this study show that (1) enviromental performance had significant influence to financial performance, (2) enviromental performance had not significant influence to firm value, (3) financial performance had significant influence to firm value, (4) enviromental performance had significant influence on the financial performance of the firm’s value through. Financial performance is an intervening variable in the relationship between environmental performance and the audit committee of the firm's value.Keywords: corporate governance, enviromental performance, the presence of board independent of  director

Abstract

AbstractStock as an investment alternative has a value, which indicates the performance of the company that issued the stock. This value is also called intrinsic value. The intrinsic value can be calculated with fundamental analysis, ranging from taking into account macroeconomic conditions (external factors), then look at the performance of the company through the financial statements, balance sheet and income statement (internal factors). This outcome is also called fair price of a stock. As assets held for trading investments, stocks also have market prices. The question arises whether the market price can be used as a reasonable measure of the price? Whether the market price already includes a variety of factors that make up the price itself, both internal factors (firm performance) as well as external factors perkonomian condition? This paper attempts to discuss the issue of the question, to see how the real link between the intrinsic value of a share on the stock market price.Keyword: stock, investment alternative, intrinsic value
